In 1881 Benjamin Vineyard, owner of the Vineyard Mansion, built a one story structure on this lot as an investment property. In 1913 Mary Kirby added the second floor and front porch to the home. An third construction project in 2014 by Theodore and Karen Hauser, added the sunroom and upper deck to the back of the house.

Go back to 12th street and turn right. Go one block to Charles street. Cross Charles street and turn right and go one block to the corner of 11th and Charles and you are back where you started.
